Job description

We offer complete membrane solutions like reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration for water, waste water and process treatment and applications. Hydranautics membrane-based solutions are currently in use on seven continents throughout the world for diverse applications such as seawater desalination, industrial high-purity water, surface water treatment, waste water treatment and specialty process applications.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under limited supervision, partner, influence, and drive the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives to include annual salary planning, sales incentive plan modeling and calculations, and salary structures. Partners Human Resources and company Executives supporting the day-to-day compensation and benefits processes and strategies. Liaison with broker on benefit issues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES
Evaluates jobs and creates career paths, including job architecture to create job description impacting recruitment, training/development, career path, etc.
Prepares and sustains job classifications and salary structures. Analyzes, designs, and administers compensation programs.
Partners with HR business partners and HRIS team to create, modify and manage job families, and job descriptions.
Executes compensation benchmarking and recommend pay grade placement, including recommending starting pay rates for new hires, transfers, and promotions; keeps current on market trends and compensation competitiveness.
Collaborates with HR Systems Analyst in the annual pay review processes, communicating timelines and instructions.
Administers companywide benefit plans and serves as the primary point of contact for employees, benefit plan providers, and TPA's. Oversees benefits administration including but not limited to; monthly billing reconciliations and vendor check requests, ACA compliance, maintains and builds plan vendor relationships, and facilitates the open enrollment processes.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the ADP - HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
Generates annual government filings: VETS 4212, EEO and BLS comp data reports and submit timely filing of reports. Works with Nitto Inc. providing data where appropriate.
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; and five (5) years directly related experience focused on compensation analysis, and strategy.
Must be a highly organized self-starter, data -driven and analytical. Strong application of critical thinking skills along with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, flexibility in responding to rapidly changing, dynamic processes and demands/pressures in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point, and other enterprise software applications such as HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management and Payroll systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to work across organizational groups, with the proven ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of people, including building partnerships to coach management and employees.
Ability to present moderately complex issues to groups or individuals.
Provide high-level of customer service and conflict resolution skills, with an emphasis on team building.
Sustain current knowledge and new developments in the field with day-to-day application of subject matter and ongoing willingness to attend seminars as necessary.
Ensure compliance with Federal and State law compensation practices.
Prior experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.
Certificate as a CCP and other related certificates, a plus.
Must be able to meet physical demands and work environment requirements.
