Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Technology Innovation & Operations, Creators supports the effectiveness, scalability, and evolution of the systems and tools that enable the Wasserman Creators business. This role focuses on ensuring current platforms operate reliably and consistently while helping translate business needs into future-state technology development including the thoughtful application of emerging technology and automation where it can drive efficiency.
Working closely with Division and Operations leadership, and corporate technology partners, the Senior Manager helps align workflows, data, and tools with how the business operates in practice. This role serves as a key connective layer between day-to-day operations and longer-term platform planning, contributing to the development of more integrated and scalable systems across the Creators organization.
What You'll Do
  • Support the ongoing effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of the core platforms and tools that power the Creators business today, ensuring they function consistently as the organization continues to grow
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination for platform-related needs, helping assess, prioritize, and translate requests from representation, IP, and Operations teams into actionable system improvements
  • Partner closely with Agents and Business Development to ensure workflows, tools, and data structures support deal flow, execution, and long-term growth
  • Design, refine, and document workflows, automations, and system configurations to improve consistency, efficiency, and usability across the business
  • Help establish and reinforce platform standards and best practices, supporting adoption and alignment across teams in partnership with leadership
  • Identify areas of friction or inefficiency within existing systems and recommend practical, scalable solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Contribute to the definition of business requirements, workflows, and priorities in support of future-state, proprietary platform development, with a focus on building a more connected and scalable systems ecosystem across the Creators business
  • Partner with external developers and internal innovation and enterprise support teams to help translate real-world business needs into platform inputs and implementation plans
  • Maintain continuity between current tools and future platform planning by capturing how the business operates in practice and helping ensure a smooth transition as new systems are introduced
  • Evaluate emerging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools with a business-first lens, recommending applications that meaningfully improve workflows, efficiency, or insight
  • Support training materials, onboarding resources, and change management efforts to ensure teams understand how to use systems effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to align on platform priorities, progress, and upcoming needs

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, systems management, technology enablement, or a related role
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms such as CRM systems, project management tools, and workflow automation tools
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear system requirements and improvements
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance innovation with operational discipline
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Comfort operating within a matrixed organization and collaborating across departments
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Interest in emerging technology and AI, with a grounded, business-first perspective on adoption
  • Experience in an agency, media, entertainment, or professional services environment is a plus
