General Information
The MUSIC• TEAM is seeking highly motivated interns for our Fall 2026 Internship Program. This in-person opportunity provides hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, brand partnerships, and entertainment business operations.
Interns will gain exposure to the day-to-day functions of a global talent agency while working alongside experienced industry professionals. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about music, eager to learn, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Format: Part-time, in-person
Duration: 12 weeks

Eligibility
This internship is designed for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Please submit only one application per internship cycle. Applicants should demonstrate:
  • A strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office

About the Internship
This part-time, in-person program is for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in college. Students must provide proof of credit eligibility before starting.
Internship opportunities are available in four areas:
  • Non-Touring: Corporate functions including Operations, DE&I/Social Impact, Accounting, and Business & Legal Affairs
  • Touring: Tour Marketing, Digital Services, and Representing Agent teams
  • Booking: Securing performances at fairs, festivals, colleges, and other venues
  • Brand Partnerships: Developing innovative partnerships for artists across the Music Division and the broader TEAM network

Interns gain hands-on experience and exposure to agency functions, including:
  • Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system
  • Generating tour itineraries and understanding tour routings
  • Assisting with artist immigration processes
  • Shadowing agent teams to learn about client services and workflow
  • Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports to understand tour marketing
  • Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives
