Job Overview
Wasserman seeks a Media Associate to support in media planning and own execution of user acquisition efforts for a mobile gaming app developed by one of the world's foremost Gaming and Entertainment franchises. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how campaign optimizations impact ad performance, and how to analyze campaign data. As the Media Associate, you will activate, manage and optimize mobile app install campaigns, implement best practices, monitor the latest trends, and report on findings. You should have amazing attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and be able to take ownership over the process. This role will report directly into a Director, Paid Media.
What You'll Do:
  • Daily budget and performance pacing on ad platforms.
  • Build campaigns in self-serve ad platforms and thoroughly QA all paid campaign launches.
  • Basic bid management and optimizations for mobile app install campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search.
  • Collaborate with Media Strategist on recommending optimizations in support of client Cost Per Install goals, Retention goals and innovation.
  • Analyze campaign data to write performance insights and recommendations to inform client action.
  • Assist Media Strategist with creating media plans to achieve client goals, including audience and creative recommendations and projected results.
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
  • Attend training sessions/webinars to become fluent in media planning tools and platforms.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience working on performance marketing campaigns within Google Ad, Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads. Apple Ads a plus.
  • An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.)
  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of digital media, platforms and their ad offerings.
  • Ability to pull campaign reports to inform insights and build client-facing presentation decks.
  • Commitment to excellence - anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.

Base salary range: $70-75K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
