JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Staff Accountant on the Corporate Accounting team, you will play a key role in supporting the Company's financial operations by managing the Corporate Credit Card program, performing month-end reconciliations for corporate cost centers, and assisting with various accounting and administrative processes. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Administer the Corporate Credit Card program, including processing daily card requests and managing corporate card reconciliations.
  • Download monthly corporate card statements and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for timely processing.
  • Manage the sublease invoicing process, including preparing invoices and overseeing bill-back activities.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end close activities and support the Corporate Accounting team with various financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and contribute to operational efficiencies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in Public or Private Accounting preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills, especially when handling commission calculations and high-volume transactions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excel Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, including daily use of formulas, data organization, reconciliations, and reporting functions.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday is a plus.

Base salary range: $65-73K
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
