A Warranty Service Representative is responsible for handling warranty claims and service requests from customers who have purchased products or services covered by a warranty. They review claims, determine eligibility, coordinate repairs or replacements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. These representatives also serve as a liaison between customers, manufacturers, and service technicians, making sure all warranty terms and conditions are met. Their goal is to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
