Summary

The Warehouse Lead reports to the LOGISTEED America, Inc. Warehouse Manager. This position requires excellent leadership skills along with the ability to monitor workflow, provide focus on inventory control and customer service. Additionally, - including but not limited to:

  • The successful candidate in this position will possess skills and experience which include knowledge of warehouse logistics, forklift operations, industrial power equipment operations and basic office and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact with Company Management Team and Customers in a productive and professional manner
  • Assist supervisor in leading daily operations team resulting in successful results that are reflected in established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by established target inventory discrepancy ratio
  • Read and comprehend SOP’s, work instructions, email and documents; measure and count accurately; write legibly
  • Follow established procedures and meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity standards

Previous Work Experience

  • Work experience in lieu of previous supervisor experience considered

Education and Certifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel - preferred
  • Equivalent work experience will be considered
