Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Picking Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Picking department. When an order is placed by a branch, you will pick the requested quantity, pack the order, print a label with a routing number and send the product to the next department, Sortation. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time. Fastenal Company is committed to environmental protection and to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
