Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Picking Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Picking department. When an order is placed by a branch, you will pick the requested quantity, pack the order, print a label with a routing number and send the product to the next department, Sortation. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
