Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Pro-Play Games is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily order processing and support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while maintaining efficient workflows and strong operational standards. The Fulfillment Team Lead is a hands-on leadership role that works directly alongside the team to keep operations moving smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and can guide a team toward consistent performance.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a reliable and high-quality experience for our customers across online orders, in-store fulfillment, and event preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment Operations
โ€ข Lead daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders
โ€ข Ensure orders are processed accurately and within required timelines
โ€ข Maintain organized inventory storage and assist with inventory tracking
โ€ข Monitor order queues and adjust team priorities based on workload and deadlines
โ€ข Support the preparation and fulfillment of orders for events and large shipments
Team Leadership
โ€ข Train, mentor, and support fulfillment associates to maintain high performance standards
โ€ข Provide real-time direction to the team to maintain productivity and accuracy
โ€ข Reinforce company procedures, quality standards, and operational expectations
โ€ข Communicate workflow updates, priorities, and operational needs clearly
Process & Quality Control
โ€ข Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
โ€ข Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with management to improve processes
โ€ข Monitor accuracy rates and help maintain a high standard of order fulfillment
โ€ข Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient warehouse spaces
Qualifications
Required
โ€ข Experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
โ€ข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
โ€ข Experience working with inventory systems, shipping platforms, or order management tools
โ€ข Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
