POSITION OVERVIEW:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outbound Supervisor - Level 5 to lead outbound operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all outgoing materials meet strict quality standards, customer specifications, and internal compliance procedures.
 
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in warehouse or aerospace-related operations, coupled with leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. This individual will serve as a key link between operations and quality assurance, driving accuracy, efficiency, and team performance.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of outgoing parts and materials to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Verify traceability documentation and ensure all records align with quality standards.
  • Review and validate data accuracy within internal systems and databases.
  • Maintain familiarity with industry documentation such as maintenance release certificates (e.g., 8130, EASA Form One).
  • Apply knowledge of ATA specifications (ATA106, ATA300) to ensure proper handling and documentation.
  • Supervise daily team activities, ensuring adherence to operational and quality standards.
  • Support workflow organization and assign tasks effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Identify operational challenges and provide hands-on support and solutions.
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to ensure successful integration.
  • Assist with scheduling and timecard approvals.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

  • Knowledge of ASA-100 and/or ISO quality standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry tools.
  • Ability to perform light to moderate lifting as required.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and reliability in a team environment.
