Job description

Epic Personnel Partners is currently hiring an Operations Manager in Brighton, CO.


Schedule: Must be Flexible


Duties: The Operations Manager supports the DC Manager by overseeing daily distribution center operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations and staff assignments.
  • Oversee scheduling to ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Establish procedures for shipments, inventory, and product handling.
  • Coordinate with transportation to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage employee training, performance reviews, and safety programs.
  • Handle customer service issues and resolve client concerns.


Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of warehouse management experience.
  • College-level training preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of ammonia systems is a plus.


Physical & Work Environment:

  • Lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Work while standing or sitting for long periods.
  • Move throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.
