Wall Residences is growing! Do you love to make a difference in the lives of people who experience disabilities? Wall Residences is seeking a Day Services Program Manager for our Wall Community Options and Group Day Programs in the Roanoke Valley area to include Roanoke City, Roanoke, County, Salem, Vinton, and surrounding areas. Community Options encompasses all areas of Community Engagement, Community Coaching, and Group Day.

A successful Program Manager candidate will have a clinical background with a working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports; the ability to develop supportive relationships with direct care support staff as well as the individuals who receive services and their families; and a background connecting people with meaningful community activities.

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field is required. At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD) and two yearsโ€™ experience supervising employees is preferred.

Telecommuting position with some flexibility. Home office and internet access required. Program Managers are provided with a computer, phone, company gas card, access to excellent training, and continuing education reimbursement. Program Managers are also provided with a company car for travel as needed within a regional area.
