Wall Residences has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Human Resources Manager. This full-time person will work at the Floyd, Christiansburg, or Vinton office location so if you live in any of the following areas - Floyd County, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Dublin, Salem, Roanoke, Vinton, Botetourt, Franklin County, Bedford County, or surrounding areas, we encourage you to apply!!

As a key contributor and leader of a strong and high-functioning team of dedicated staff, the HR Manager is responsible for a variety of functions including: benefits management for self-insured medical and dental plans and other benefits, 401k & ESOP plans, recordkeeping to meet regulatory and policy guidelines, background screening, and overall management of employment life cycle processes. The successful candidate will have a BS degree and/or minimum of 4 years direct Human Resources experience, knowledge and experience with employment software (ADP preferred), technical competencies in Human Resource management, and a professional and congenial demeanor that approaches employee relations with diplomacy and compassion which projects Wallโ€™s positive work culture and organizational values.
