Hi! I'm the COO of HostWise, a local short-term rental management company. I started as a cleaner myself and grew this business into one of the highest-rated Airbnb/VRBO management companies in the country - so I truly understand what it's like to be in your shoes.
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaners with an entrepreneurial spirit to help with Airbnb turnovers.
Why this is a great fit:
Flexible project-based work
Most cleanings take 1-2 hours
Cleaners average $35-$80/hour depending on speed
We handle sheet laundry - only towels need washed/dried in the unit
Bonuses available, including cash, gift cards, and even Dysons
No small talk or moving personal items like traditional residential cleaning
What we're looking for:
Available for extra help Friday-Monday, 11 AM-4 p.m.
Comfortable making beds, washing towels, restocking items, and detail cleaning
Must use an app for scheduling and communication
Must provide your own supplies
Must care about the little things - if a crooked towel bothers you, you'll fit right in!
Units range from studios to 5-bedroom homes in Northside, Lawrenceville, Mt. Washington, and surrounding areas.
We're a fun, community-based company that truly cares about our cleaners. We love working with independent cleaners who take pride in their work, move quickly, and want to grow. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk!

Company Description

We’re HostWise — a local short-term rental management company, one of the nation’s top-rated hosts, and very proudly obsessed with clean houses and happy guests. We have some of the highest cleanliness scores in the country, but we’re not some absentee host team hiding behind a laptop. We’re local, hands-on, and in it with you.
One of our founders started as a cleaner, so we built our systems around making the job easier, clearer, and more rewarding for the people doing the real work in the field. We like to have fun, we love a good hustle, and we’ve created a team atmosphere where cleaners are supported, appreciated, and rewarded for going above and beyond.
