NOVIQ · Owner Relations & Asset Manager

Location: San Diego · Los Angeles · Florida | Type: Full-Time | Team: Portfolio Operations

NOVIQ manages a growing portfolio of short-term rentals and boutique hotel properties across San Diego, Los Angeles, and Florida. This role sits at the intersection of owner relationships and asset performance — you'll hold both, and you'll be measured on both. Responsibilities

Owner Relations

• Primary contact for your portfolio of owners

• Proactive communication on revenue, maintenance, and market conditions

• Lead owner meetings and quarterly portfolio reviews

• Manage escalations quickly and professionally

• Coordinate approvals for maintenance and capital projects

Asset Performance

• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace

• Identify underperforming assets and build action plans

• Review property financials and profitability metrics

• Recommend operational and investment improvements

Revenue Optimization

• Collaborate with revenue team on pricing and strategy

• Track competitor activity and seasonal demand trends

• Review revenue reports and recommend adjustments

• Monitor local events and market data

Onboarding & Operations

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new properties

• Coordinate across PMS, OTAs, and operational teams

• Serve as owner advocate with housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting

• Track licensing, permits, and compliance renewals

Qualifications

Required

• Background in vacation rental, property management, hospitality, or asset management

• Strong relationship management and client communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Financial aptitude — comfortable reading performance data and making recommendations

• Organized, detail-oriented, strong follow-through
