Job description

The Sr Implementation Consultant provides software implementation and workflow consulting services to Veradigm clients across FollowMyHealth (FMH), Veradigm EHR (VEHR), and Veradigm Practice Management (VPM), pursuant to contracted project scope. This role leads implementation workstreams independently, following Veradigm's structured methodology through all phases of the implementation life cycle, and serves as a cross-product resource capable of supporting multi-solution go-lives.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Applies detailed knowledge of Veradigm products and solutions - specifically FMH, VEHR, and VPM - to implement software at client sites across multiple domains and specialty areas
  • Independently performs all project workplan tasks for assigned role(s), in accordance with contracted project scope, across cross-product implementations
  • Performs system configuration tasks and provides configuration consultation to clients for FMH, VEHR, and VPM environments
  • Provides workflow consultation and guidance in line with Veradigm methodology, tailored to each product's clinical and operational context
  • Identifies, resolves, and/or appropriately escalates system and workflow issues that arise throughout implementation, exercising independent judgment across product lines
  • Provides onsite go-live and activation support, including hypercare coverage
  • Meets or exceeds utilization targets set by the organization
  • Sets and manages client expectations throughout the project life cycle, including at large-scale, multi-location go-lives
  • Facilitates discovery conversations that help clients define needs specific to their product mix (FMH, VEHR, VPM)
  • Builds trust with clients through effective communication on issues, concerns, and recommendations tied to key client objectives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience (Required)
  • Experience: 4-7 years relevant work experience (Preferred); prior hands-on implementation experience in at least one of FMH, VEHR, or VPM strongly preferred, with willingness to cross-train across all three
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of: Veradigm solutions (FMH, VEHR, VPM); Healthcare industry; Implementation methodology
  • Developing knowledge of: Cross-product interdependencies between FMH, VEHR, and VPM; additional domains and functional areas as assigned

Compensation Range:

$69,852-$97,094

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate's unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
