The Vice President of Strategy serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for advancing the organization's strategic vision, growth initiatives, innovation efforts, and organizational effectiveness. This leader works across departments to identify opportunities, align resources, drive strategic priorities, and strengthen the organization's impact, financial sustainability, and community presence.

The VP of Strategy serves as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, helping translate long-range plans into measurable outcomes while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's strategic plan.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish organizational priorities and measurable performance goals.
  • Facilitate strategy reviews and provide recommendations for adapting to changing environmental, funding, and market conditions.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, risks, and community needs that may impact the organization.
Business Development & Growth
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for revenue diversification, new programs, partnerships, and social enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead strategic assessments, feasibility studies, and business case development for new ventures.
