Job description

Pack On The Go is a 21 year established contents management company serving the state of Florida. We specialize in full-service contents solutions, including packing, detailed inventory, secure storage, contents restoration coordination, and return of property after loss. We partner with carriers, adjusters, contractors, and property managers to protect and manage personal property during insurance claims and catastrophic events.

With two locations operating three hours apart, we are entering our next phase of growth and are seeking a strong operational leader to help scale the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and unify operations across both locations. This individual will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for operational performance, profitability, accountability, systems development, and leadership across the company.

This is a company-level leadership position with full operational oversight, not a single location manager role. The right candidate will bring structure, financial discipline, and leadership maturity to a growing service business.

We are seeking a true operational partner who wants to build infrastructure, improve margins, strengthen leadership, and help scale a respected content management company. If you are a disciplined operator who thrives in accountability-driven environments and wants to make a measurable impact, we want to speak with you.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 annually plus bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across two locations
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable location operations managers
  • Own operational KPIs and drive measurable performance improvement
  • Improve job costing accuracy and gross margin performance
  • Standardize processes, workflows, and reporting systems across both locations
  • Oversee scheduling, personnel, and capacity planning
  • Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives and expansion
  • Strengthen hiring, onboarding, and leadership development systems
  • Improve AR performance and overall operational cash flow discipline
  • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality control standards
  • Oversee and contribute to sales, marketing, and business development efforts

Qualifications:
  • Experienced multi-location operations leader in a service-based business
  • Strong financial acumen with full PL ownership experience
  • Systems-driven, process-oriented, and execution focused
  • Efficient and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and implement multiple software platforms
  • Proven experience managing and leading entire teams across multiple departments
  • Confident leader who holds managers accountable and drives performance
  • Comfortable traveling between locations
  • Hands-on when necessary, while capable of thinking strategically
  • Clear communicator who builds alignment, ownership, and results
