Job Summary
Title: Assistant VP, Marketing - Essen Health Care | Location: Bronx, NY | Reports to: VP of Marketing
Role Overview: Essen Health Care is seeking a strategic, data-driven AVP of Marketing to serve as the Vice President's strategic partner and operational leader of the marketing function. In this high impact role, you will be responsible for architecting and executing comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that address the full marketing funnel; from building brand awareness and strengthening consideration to converting communities into lifelong patients. The AVP will translate enterprise growth objectives into measurable marketing strategies, oversee performance media and analytics, guide A/B testing and optimization frameworks, and ensure campaigns are aligned with business unit revenue goals. This leader must combine strategic thinking with hands-on fluency across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM tools, and digital attribution models.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Go-To-Market Strategy & Full-Funnel Leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated GTM strategies across Intention Healthcare, Nursing Home, Care Management and new service expansions.
  • Design full-funnel frameworks spanning: Awareness (CTV, Linear, Paid SM) Consideration (SEM, Retargeting, Email), Conversion (High-intent SEM, Landing Page CRO)
  • Partner with Operations to align marketing strategy with office site-level growth targets.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting cadences that translate performance metrics into executive insights.
  • Continuously optimize CPLs, appointment conversion rates, CPAs, and ROAS.
  • Establish and manage structured A/B testing framework across: Creative, Audiences, and CRO pages
  • Partner with analytics to refine attribution modeling and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making across the marketing department.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams and media partners to ensure performance alignment.
  • Ensure bilingual and culturally relevant messaging across campaigns.
  • Build scalable marketing workflows and processes.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and healthcare marketing trends.

  • Strong experience building and interpreting A/B testing frameworks.
  • Proven track record presenting to Leadership and influencing executive decisions.
  • Experience developing structured creative briefs tied to measurable KPIs.
  • Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.
