Job description

Position Overview

Healogix Vice Presidents are independent solution-oriented individuals who flourishes in a challenging and fast-paced environment where clients require pragmatic answers to complex questions. Responsible for establishing and growing revenue generating relationships, as well as all aspects of project execution. A successful Vice President at Healogix, should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Successful Vice Presidents are expected to strive for continuous advancement in both the company’s work and in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain new and existing revenue generating client relationships
  • Understand and interpret client needs and consult strategically on tailored solutions to meet their business needs
  • Simultaneously manage multiple clients and market research projects from start to finish across different therapeutic categories
  • Lead and manage project execution for clients utilizing additional Healogix support staff as needed to ensure complete client satisfaction (the exact degree of personal project execution is flexible based on the individual candidates’ experience)
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to build a clear and crisp cohesive story with actionable and compelling recommendations
  • Develop quarterly and annual revenue forecasts
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Recommendation of new techniques/methods associated with qualitative or quantitative research based on interactions with external vendors or market trends
  • Attendance of market research society meetings as directed by senior management
  • Participation in company marketing initiatives, including generation of white papers and case study presentations
  • Experience/Position Requirements

    Experience & Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree required oPh.D., MBA, or other advanced degree preferred. Sciencebased background desirable
  • 10+ years of designing and executing market research with at least 8 years working in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven ability to generate sales and repeat business by fostering strong client relationships and seeking referrals
  • Extensive experience of both qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
  • Significant experience of industry networking including National and local events
  • Track record of managing and working collaboratively with teams (client and internally)
  • Ability to travel both US and Internationally as required by projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
