The Vice President of Systems is a senior leader responsible for JBNC's enterprise technology ecosystem. You'll oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and the organization's new Database of Record (DoR), ensuring systems are secure, integrated, and easy for staff to use.
Working closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and technology partners, you'll develop long-term technology strategies, oversee major system implementations, and ensure our technology investments directly support our mission and organizational goals. You'll also lead a small multidisciplinary team while helping foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, enterprise systems, or data operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and technology projects.

Technical Expertise
