  • Establishes and institutionalizes transformation management disciplines, including portfolio prioritization, governance frameworks, value realization, performance measurement, and enterprise change leadership.
  • Delivers sustainable business impact by accelerating financial planning and reporting cycles, enhancing decision intelligence, improving organizational agility, and reducing reliance on manual processes through technology‑enabled transformation.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be a senior finance transformation leader with a track record of driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed organizations. The individual should combine financial expertise, strategic thinking, executive communication strength, and hands‑on leadership in process, systems, and data‑enabled environments.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or other advanced qualification preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, consulting, transformation, FP&A, business intelligence, or finance systems roles, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise or large‑scale finance transformation initiatives spanning planning, reporting, process redesign, systems enablement, and operating model change.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting, reporting, analytics, and the control environment within a complex business.
  • Experience working within SAP‑based finance environments; familiarity with S/4HANA, planning/reporting platforms, analytics, and automation tools strongly preferred.
  • Experience building business cases, evaluating tradeoffs, and influencing senior stakeholders with well‑structured narratives and recommendations.
  • Experience implementing or scaling intelligent automation, BI, advanced analytics, or AI‑enabled finance use cases.
  • Ability to operate as both strategic architect and practical execution leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, take a hands‑on approach, manage multiple priorities, and drive measurable outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
Preferred Capability
  • Exposure to entertainment, media, or similarly complex rights‑, distribution‑, and production‑oriented environments.
Leadership Attributes
  • Strategic, but highly execution‑oriented
  • Structured thinker with strong financial and analytical rigor
  • Compelling communicator with executive presence and sound judgment
  • Collaborative leader who can influence across functions and levels
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity, and organizational change
  • Technology‑forward, with a pragmatic view of adoption and value realization
  • High integrity, accountability, and bias toward measurable outcomes
Measures of Success

  • Improved quality, consistency, and usability of actual‑versus‑plan insights
  • Higher adoption of modern finance tools, data platforms, and standardized processes
  • Practical deployment of automation and Advanced Technologies with appropriate governance and measurable value
  • Improved stakeholder decision support, executive visibility, and accountability
  • Documented business value delivered across the finance transformation portfolio
