A day in the life.
As our Vice President on the Commercial Entertainment team, you'll be responsible for the following:
The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage, cross sell within the existing book of business, and manage a team. The role is the main point of contact between the insurance company (MIB) and clients (Business Managers and/or high net worth individuals) and will provide daily guidance and oversight to the team of support staff responsible for processing transactions of an assigned book of business.
Must have extensive experience in their field to include constant expansion of knowledge about new products and services available to suit the needs of each client. An insurance designation or related classes will be required or may be substituted with at least 15-20 years of work experience in insurance.
As Senior Vice President, greater accountability to develop support staff; evaluate the effectiveness of work output and workflows of their teams; ensure company policies and SOG's are followed as designed; and to develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and maximum retention of book value.

  • Current California Department of Insurance License
  • 1 year of experience

The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,900 to 226,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
