Job description

Company Description

Spark Foundry was built during the most transformative time in the history of advertising and marketing. We deliver everything a traditional media agency has to offer and have grown into one of the world's most successful agencies by helping brands evolve their marketing by leveraging identity, commerce, artificial intelligence, and more to connect with people. Transformation is part of our DNA. Spark Foundry's start-up spirit delivers high-touch approaches and a never-ending desire to challenge the status quo. Combined with Publicis Media's powerhouse soul leveraging connected data assets, advanced AI applications, and investment clout, we "Bring HEAT to Brands." No other agency possesses the expertise that we do to address today's most pressing challenges to drive business transformation through media.

Overview

The Vice President, Analytics is responsible for leading data-driven decisioning across media, digital experience, and online conversion performance for key client accounts.

This role will focus on driving digital commerce outcomes, including online conversion, site optimization, and integrating media (Search/Social) with on-site user behavior (Adobe Analytics / GA4) to maximize business results.

The Vice President will design and lead modern measurement and optimization strategies that connect traffic acquisition to on-site engagement and transaction outcomes (orders, bookings, revenue).

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end digital performance strategy, connecting media investment to on-site behavior and conversion outcomes
  • Own and analyze online conversion funnels (visit browse add to cart purchase), identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate and revenue
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics / GA4 to identify drop-off points, behavioral trends, and optimization opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with media, product, UX, and client teams to improve website and app performance
  • Translate media performance (Search, Social, Programmatic) into measurable business outcomes such as ROAS, CPA, revenue, and transactions
  • Lead Search and Social performance strategies focused on converting traffic into revenue, not just driving visits
  • Develop and implement testing strategies (A/B testing, experimentation) across both media and site experience
  • Drive continuous optimization of digital journeys through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
  • Oversee integration of media, site analytics, and customer data sources
  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to client leadership, advising on decisions that improve digital revenue and customer experience
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and/or GA4, particularly in analyzing conversion funnels and user behavior
  • Proven track record optimizing digital experiences to improve conversion rate, revenue, and customer acquisition
  • Experience leveraging paid Search and/or Social as direct drivers of online transactions
  • Background in digital-first or transaction-driven businesses (e-commerce, travel, delivery platforms, marketplaces, or QSR with online ordering) strongly preferred
  • Experience collaborating with product, UX, and engineering teams to improve site/app performance
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, incrementality, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
