Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst, PayrollReporting directly into Manager, Insights & Data Analytics within the Human Resources Services (HRS) team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing reporting workflows for Workday Payroll that are accurate, efficient, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processesContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reporting processes, and recommend improvements as neededIdentify and address discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and completenessAnalyze and evaluate complex data to identify patterns and trendsCollaborate with the payroll team to evaluate payroll-related procedures to identify potential areas for improvementResponsible for preparing and submitting payroll reports to various stakeholdersRequirements:2-5 years' experience as a Reporting/Data Analyst focused on WorkdayStrong experience with the Workday Payroll moduleExperience with Workday Reporting & AnalyticsNice to have: Workday Configuration/Implementation experienceExperience using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
