What are Volunteer Pre Litigation Attorneys?

Volunteer Pre Litigation Attorneys are lawyers who offer their legal services on a voluntary or pro bono basis to assist clients before a lawsuit is formally filed. They help individuals or organizations resolve legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or other pre-litigation processes, aiming to avoid costly court proceedings. These attorneys may work with nonprofit organizations, legal aid societies, or community groups to support those who cannot afford legal representation. Their work is essential in providing access to justice and promoting fair dispute resolution.
