Job description

Data Analyst (Contract to Hire) - Onsite | Indianapolis, IN
LHH is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a nonprofit organization in Indianapolis, IN. This is a fully onsite, contract to hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can work autonomously and contribute immediately.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $27.00-$ 28.85/hour
Key Responsibilities
• Organize, clean, maintain, and analyze organizational and programmatic data
• Perform routine and systematic database audits to identify errors or redundancies
• Ensure high quality, accurate data for reporting and analysis
• Provide data insights to support research questions and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
• Manage and maintain data dashboards using Tableau
• Support program improvements through reliable data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
• Intermediate working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Tableau data visualization tools
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong communication and customer service skills
