Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Specialty Software Engineer - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.
In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges and contributing to their resolution while collaborating with client personnel on mobile application development for both iOS and Android.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Requirements:
  • 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5 years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing and developing iOS or Android mobile applications
  • 5 years of iOS experience
  • 5 years of Android development experience
  • 3 years of mobile solutions engineering experience
  • 1 year experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
Desired skills:
  • iOS - Swift, SwiftUI experience
  • Android - Kotlin, Jetpack Compose experience
Pay range: $71.88 - $79.88 per hour
