Voice Ai Quality Analyst

EchoMind is seeking a Voice AI Quality Analyst to evaluate, test, and improve speech recognition and recitation accuracy across our AI-driven voice platform. The role focuses on analyzing voice inputs, validating AI responses, and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test voice recognition and recitation outputs for accuracy and clarity

  • Analyze AI responses for pronunciation, tone, and fluency

  • Log defects and inconsistencies in voice outputs

  • Work closely with AI/engineering teams to improve models

  • Validate multilingual voice data and recitation flows

Qualifications
