A Visual Merchandising Assistant supports the visual merchandising team by helping to create attractive in-store displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Their duties often include setting up window displays, arranging products on the sales floor, maintaining the visual appeal of the store, and assisting with seasonal or promotional setups. They may also collaborate with store management and the marketing department to ensure that displays align with brand guidelines.
