Job description

Position Summary The Visual Merchandise Supervisor at Living Spaces oversees visual merchandising and logistics operations to ensure a world-class brand experience. This role maintains high standards in showroom presentations, CPU service, shipping, receiving, and product processing. The supervisor implements and upholds Visual and Logistics SOPs, ensuring the store is always guest-ready and visually appealing. Additionally, the role manages efficient product flow and accurate inventory.
Collaboration with corporate visual partners, marketing, IT, DCs, and customer service is essential to achieve store goals. The supervisor also partners with Retail Managers to exceed store goals and create an exceptional guest experience.Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensureall merchandising team members are properly trained.

  • Completeanddemonstratecompetency in all Living Spaces training modules.

  • Partnerwith management to manage the learning of new hires and existing team members.

  • Communicatedaily, weekly, and monthly plans to maintain an elevated showroom experience through merchandising.

  • Builda passion for the product through product knowledge training.

  • Manageteam member attendance for Visual and Logistics Onboarding.

  • Leadthe Visual Stylist, Logistic team members, Labeling, Service Tech, and Janitor.

  • Helpmanage and execute product flow, shipping and receiving, CPU product flow, and product flow from prep to the floor.

  • Maintainproper staging, labeling, and organization around usable warehouse space.

  • Orderwarehouse supplies as needed.

  • Provideworld-class service to CPU guests and maintain CPU standards, including training, process, and surveys.

  • Ensuremerchandising team members engage guests on the showroom floor as needed.

  • Completeandcommunicatereports and photos to the Merchandising Manager, Corporate Partners, Regional Support, and Director of Merchandising as necessary.

  • Partnerwith the Retail Managers to meet and exceed gross margin goals.

  • Identify,recruit,develop, andretaintalent of all merchandising team members.

  • Conductongoing talent conversations and develop leadership skills to build store "bench."

  • Buildandinspirestore teams to achieve goals and complete standard work.

  • Generateenergy within the store through recognition and transparent in-the-moment conversations.

  • Engagewith guests throughout the store,providesales assistance, andupholda high standard of guest service to ensure an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.


Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $25.25 - $32.80

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
