Job description

Position Summary
The Visual Stylist is responsible for executing showroom presentation standards through the styling and accessorizing of furniture and displays. This role brings showroom vignettes to life across assigned product categories by following established Visual SOPs and style guidelines. The Visual Stylist supports a visually cohesive, brand-aligned showroom environment that is guest-ready and consistent with Living Spaces merchandising standards.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Execute showroom presentation through accurate product placement, accessorizing, and vignette styling in alignment with Visual SOPs and brand guidelines.
  • Style and maintain showroom vignettes across assigned categories to ensure displays are accurate, complete, and guest-ready.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to confirm the showroom meets "Grand Opening" standards and address any visual or presentation gaps.
  • Support showroom resets, floor moves, and merchandising updates by staging and maintaining furniture and accessories as directed.
  • Follow inventory, binning, tagging, and product handling processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance.
  • Maintain the condition and cleanliness of styled areas by identifying and resolving minor visual maintenance needs.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising leadership, Operations, and store teams to prioritize and execute visual initiatives based on business needs.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and operational standards when handling merchandise, fixtures, and tools.
  • Support a consistent, brand-aligned showroom environment that enhances the selling experience without direct sales responsibility.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years' experience in a fast paced, high traffic, guest facing, interactive retail environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses: None required
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $16.45 - $21.38
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
