Visual Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and merchandising of a retail store or brand. How does a Visual Manager typically collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive store performance?

Visual Managers work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that in-store displays and layouts align with promotional campaigns and brand messaging. This involves frequent communication to understand upcoming sales events, new product launches, or marketing initiatives, and then translating those into engaging visual presentations.
