Job description

Art Director - Brand Store Designer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursdays & can work from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to support project-based work within a Brand Story Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail environments, concepts, and programs, with a proven ability to translate brand stories into compelling visual designs. A portfolio is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design concepts for retail environments and brand programs.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Story Design team to ensure visual consistency and storytelling alignment.
  • Create design assets using a range of software tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of brand concepts from ideation through to final execution.
  • Ensure all design work meets project objectives and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in retail story design or storytelling is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with After Effects, Premiere, Miro, Figma, SketchUp, or Unreal Engine.
  • Previous experience within the retail industry is preferred.
