  • Executive-level Collaboration - Present to and collaborate with senior executives in the highest level of the organization. Navigate feedback with grace, working with ambiguity, and iterating quickly.

  • Design Operations - Establish and drive project milestones from concept to delivery and maintenance. Produce design roadmaps and assess bandwidth to determine project scheduling and intake.
  • AI-Familiar - Be curious and proactive about using AI for design work: prompting, efficiency, learning on the fly as tools and technologies evolve while always maintaining high quality standards.
  • Brand Standards - Evolve and maintain organization and Apple-wide brand guidelines, templates and common systems that empower non-design partners to create on-brand materials independently.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience providing design support for an engineering organization.
  • A portfolio demonstrating Apple-class design aesthetic—typography, layout, color sensibility, design fundamentals—and broad design experience: Conceptual to granular, across digital, print, presentation, and environmental media - and the ability to articulate your design process rationale.
  • Exceptional proficiency in creative Apple Keynote presentation design. Mastery of Sketch and/or Figma. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience presenting creative proposals and rationale to senior executives, and comfort navigating stakeholder feedback and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills: Ablity to triage competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and manage high volumes of work without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong understanding of Apple’s aesthetic and brand standards, and the drive to champion the brand across every touchpoint.
  • Familiarity with web development and UI/UX principles: user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, asset production, responsiveness, and accessibility.
