A recognized media organization in Florida is seeking a new Strategic Communications Lead to join their team in Orlando, shaping executive-level messaging, presentations, and visually engaging materials that support leadership and cross-functional initiatives. This role combines strategic storytelling, presentation development, and visual communication in a collaborative onsite environment.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (onsite 4 days per week)

Responsibilities:




  • Lead the development of executive-level presentations, leadership decks, long-term planning materials, and strategic communications




  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple teams to create clear, concise, and actionable narratives




  • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into polished, user-friendly visual communications




  • Design engaging, on-brand content across multiple media formats, including presentation decks, digital signage, executive summaries, strategic roadmaps, email campaigns, infographics, and print and digital materials




  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand priorities, initiatives, risks, and progress updates, while maintaining consistency and high-quality execution across executive-facing materials




Qualifications:




  • Experience in executive communications, business operations, consulting, strategic communications, graphic design, or a related field




  • Exceptional presentation development and storytelling skills for executive and leadership audiences




  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design




  • Strong proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent platforms




  • Ability to synthesize complex data and technical information into simple, compelling narratives and visuals




  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, branding, and color theory




  • Excellent organizational and project management skills




  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams
