This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative design and business strategy. You'll learn how a national consulting firm operates while building materials that directly support business development, recruiting, and executive leadership.
If you're naturally organized, enjoy making information look polished and professional, and love bringing order to complex information, you'll thrive in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketing Resource Management
  • Own and maintain the firm's library of marketing and recruiting resources.
  • Update employee biographies, resumes, project profiles, organization charts, client timelines, and service descriptions.
  • Ensure materials remain accurate, current, visually consistent, and easy to access.

Executive & Business Support
  • Partner with the President, COO, and Recruiting team to create presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Prepare materials supporting client meetings, interviews, recruiting efforts, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate updates as projects, personnel, and company capabilities evolve.

Visual Communications
  • Design polished PowerPoint presentations, proposal graphics, infographics, organizational charts, process diagrams, and other visual communications.
  • Translate technical information into clear, engaging business materials.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all deliverables.

Recruiting & Employer Brand
  • Support recruiting initiatives through the creation of hiring materials, social media graphics, career fair collateral, and recruiting presentations.
  • Assist in showcasing company culture through internal and external communications.

Marketing Operations
  • Organize digital marketing assets and templates.
  • Improve processes for maintaining company information and marketing collateral.
  • Identify opportunities to make marketing resources easier to update, locate, and reuse.

Special Projects
  • Support internal meetings and company events, including New Hire Essentials, Project Management Summits, Market Leader meetings, and other corporate initiatives.
  • Assist with additional marketing and communications projects as business needs evolve.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're less concerned about years of experience than your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and produce high-quality work.
The ideal candidate is:
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • A strong writer and visual communicator.
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative responsibilities.
  • Curious about business and eager to understand how consulting firms win and deliver work.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives and professionals throughout the organization.
  • Someone who enjoys being the person everyone relies on to keep things accurate and polished.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
3-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, business support, or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Canva
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced)
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using AI tools to improve content and productivity
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or other document management platforms is a plus.

Success Traits
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Desire to grow into broader marketing and business development responsibilities.
