RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist.
Summary:
As an Account Specialist, you'll have the chance to join an innovative digital public affairs team and dive into the world of digital trends, crafting compelling messages that engage online audiences and community stakeholders. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, where every action you take has a tangible and meaningful impact on our business. Your role as an Account Specialist will encompass various key responsibilities, including traffic management, digital listening, expert community management, strategic social publishing and cutting-edge digital content production.
Responsibilities:
* Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing and content production
* Use project management tools to drive organization, cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of digital campaigns
* Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback in order to deliver data-driven insights to executive audiences
* Track, categorize and respond to social media comments, identifying trends, addressing misinformation and answering questions
* Write email and website copy from existing and approved content
* Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
* Completes additional projects assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of equivalent experience
* Results-driven individual who gets excited about numbers and self-improvement
* A resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude about social media with a commitment to positively influencing online conversations while pushing back against misinformation
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
* Excellent communication and writing skills, organization, focus, and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
