What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Handle and support Sales Executivesโ€™ requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations

  • Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
  • Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
  • Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
