  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interview coordination,
  • employee onboarding).
  • Maintain HR data, attendance records, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Plan and execute training programs.
  • Establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and asset management (office supplies, equipment,
  • facility management)
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Support the accounting and organizational mission by ensuring accurate and efficient
  • completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources
  • Management, Public Administration, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
  • Experience in HR or General Affairs
