Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Customer Support Executive (On-Site | Visa Support Available)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is committed to delivering high-quality service.

What You'll Do

  • Handle and support Sales Executives' requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
  • Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
  • Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
  • Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
  • Create a positive, customer-friendly experience through effective communication
  • Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
