Service Champions is seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our dynamic Bay Area Service Team with the San Jose Service Center. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for conducting Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls. The role also involves leveraging the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck. Additionally, Service Plumbers play a crucial role in setting leads or selling Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

  • Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines during all plumbing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.

Do I have What it Takes?

  • 2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
  • Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.
