Job description

Title: Virtualization Engineer

Location: Washington, DC

Job Type: 6 + Months Contract

Rate: $Open/hr.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • B.S. in Information Technology or a closely related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting enterprise-class information technology systems
  • U. S. citizen and able to obtain a minimum of Public Trust security clearance and Top Secret clearance
  • Working knowledge or experience with working with ticket- or incident- work order based tracking solution
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) - Desktop or VCP-Data Center Virtualization (DCV) or VCP-Desktop (DT)
  • MCSE or CCNP
  • Strong experience implementing and troubleshooting VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x, Horizon View 6.x/7.x
