Work Environment

This position is fully remote, granting you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still providing impactful therapy. You will operate primarily from an outpatient telehealth setting, utilizing our state-of-the-art therapist portal that streamlines documentation and integrates patient assessments. The collaborative virtual environment allows for ongoing interactions with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers, fostering a culture of support and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care for your clients.
  • Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal for timely and accurate clinical documentation, enhancing the efficiency of your workflow.
  • Monitor client progress through automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving guidance and support to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Conduct weekly live video sessions providing evidence-based therapy, helping adults manage a range of emotional disorders.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults dealing with emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and other mental health conditions. Our diverse patient population is supported through culturally responsive care practices that ensure all clients feel understood, respected, and valued. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD).
  • Possession of an independent license in clinical practice within the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC); having additional licenses in multiple states is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience
