As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify the psychological, emotional, and social needs of children and adolescents.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each child's unique circumstances.

• Documenting patient interactions and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating closely with educational staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic support network for each student.

• Providing psychoeducation for families about mental health issues and available community resources, empowering them to engage collaboratively in the treatment process.

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
