Relationship Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to provide high-quality therapeutic support to clients in a detox center setting, focusing on co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, utilizing DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to determine substance abuse diagnoses.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on substance use issues, ensuring alignment with ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria for the appropriate level of care.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, aimed at promoting an environment of healing and recovery.
  • Document all counseling services, education provided, assessments, and follow-ups in client clinical records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain a varied caseload, actively engaging in case management activities, treatment planning, and utilization review updates as necessary.
  • Coordinate resources and support services for clients and their families, ensuring all interventions are recorded appropriately.
  • Engage in collaboration with external referral sources, such as legal and educational institutions, to further support client treatment plans.
  • Participate in crisis management interventions, employing a multi-disciplinary approach to deliver effective solutions for assigned clients.

Qualifications
