Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this telehealth role, you will provide therapy to clients who are looking for support with mental health concerns, life transitions, emotional stress, and personal challenges. Your work will involve more than holding sessions. You will assess needs, build treatment plans, track progress, and help clients move toward healthier coping and decision-making.

This role is a good fit for an LCSW who enjoys direct client care and wants a full-time remote position with clear expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through secure video sessions
  • Perform clinical intake assessments
  • Identify client needs, risks, strengths, and treatment goals
  • Provide individual therapy using appropriate clinical methods
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation
  • Review client progress and update treatment plans as needed
