• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on achieving specific treatment goals for each patient.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with department standards and contributing to the overall effectiveness of care strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient needs, provide observations, and contribute to the development of personalized therapeutic plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating the ability to identify warning signs and respond to behavioral changes in a supportive and effective manner.
• Provide education and orientation to patients and their families about the therapeutic process, addressing any questions to enhance understanding and cooperation.
• Advocate for resources and services that align with the best interests of assigned patients.
• Maintain strong communication with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and data management related to patient care.

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse range of community members including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must hold an independent license, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Proven ability to evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment plans effectively based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Background in community mental health settings or with underserved populations is beneficial.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The position offers a competitive yearly salary of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
