We are looking for a someone who enjoys working on a team in a fast paced, customer focused environment. Fast and accurate data entry, great e-mail and verbal communication, and organizational skills are a must for any successful team member. While being proactive and efficient, the Receptionist is a team player with excellent communication skills. The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Greet all office guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Perform general office duties, such as: collecting & sending mail, receiving in packages, and assist in the upkeep of the office.
  3. Answer the main phone line for incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests related to order status, while addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  5. Accurately enter customer and vendor details and related information into the company's system.
  6. Successfully set up and maintain customer's portals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient typing skills
  • Computer skills and a knowledge of relevant software packages.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Associate Degree required, Bachelors Degree is a plus.
