What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with aprofessional and friendly approach
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing accurate information
  • Support customer inquiries and ensure a positive and responsive experience
  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
