About the Opportunity

As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager teams. Your mission will be to drive field readiness through structured, impactful enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge, refining skills, and supporting strong leadership across both pre- and post-sales activities.

  • Join a fast-paced, high-impact Enablement team shaping field performance and strategic outcomes across global GTM segments
  • Design and deliver structured enablement programs tailored to Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager roles
  • Partner closely with our Sales and broader Field leadership team on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth
  • Own cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People and Operations to support company-wide enablement goals
  • Contribute to measurable performance by using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes
  • Act as a program owner and facilitator, delivering in-person and virtual training, e-learning experiences, and onboarding integration
  • Ensure alignment with Sales Readiness tools, learning pathways, and content management best practices
What you need to be successful
  • 3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
  • Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement to effectively partner with Sales leadership on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth.
  • Training delivery experience or an aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training to Field teams in an engaging and enthusiastic manner 
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and drive complex initiatives to completion
  • Comfort operating autonomously, with experience collaborating across remote and in-office environments
  • Effective communicator and facilitator, skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse GTM audiences
  • Experience with global stakeholder management, including Field leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools
Preferred qualifications:
  • Background in SaaS or Cloud Technology, ideally within the DXP space
  • Track record in enablement program design, including role-based learning, gamification, and performance tracking
  • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal fluency, and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • Growth mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and a touch of humor

Colorado Salary Range: $100,000 - $136,000
