MANTECH  seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drafts and prepares technical procurement documentation and executes routine audits of acquisition artifacts.

  • Maintain analytical data logs for procurement metrics and support the preparation of Acquisition Audit Reports.

  • Follow established SOPs to ensure that all Technical Reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.

  • Supports the technical validation of procurement deliverables across the Pacific theater.

  • Draft Audit Reports for theater sustainment nodes and assist in the tracking of procurement compliance trends.

  • Prepare data summaries for Mission Partner acquisition reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for Contingency Procurement Plans.

  • Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in procurement management software and technical reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foundational knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

  • Experience in military logistics or procurement documentation.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
